BI-Lok®Tube Fittings are ordered by a part number listed in this catalog. The part numbering system is designed so that you can easily identify the type, configuration, size and material of the fitting. Using the example below, specify the fitting type, size designator, material and any additional options desired.

BI-Lok® Tube Fittings are available from 1/16” to 1” tube OD. Tube and pipe thread sizes are designated by the number of sixteenths of an inch as shown in the charts below. These numbers are used for the size designator portion of the part number. BI-Lok® nut is stamped with a tube size in fraction for easier size identification.

Pipe threads are both NPT (National Pipe Threads, ANSI/ASME B1.20.1) and ISO Pipe Threads (ISO7-1).
For ISO threads, add R before the part size. For example, 1/4 ISO pipe threads R4.

| Configurations |
Straight & Elbows: For tube unions with all ends the same, use only one size designator i.e. for 3/8" OD tube union elbow use DLA-6.
For straights and elbows with different tube sizes, call out largest BI-Lok® tube end size first followed by the smaller BI-Lok® tube end or pipe
thread size i.e. for 3/8" OD tube by 1/4" male straight connector DCT-6-4.
Tees & Crosses: For tees with all ends the same, use only one size designator i.e. for 3/8" OD tube tee, specify DTA-6. For drop size tees - first size the run (1 to 2) and then branch (3). i.e. for 3/8" OD tube on the run and 1/4" OD tube for the branch, specify DTR-6-6-4. For crosses all ends are the same i.e. for 1/2" OD tube cross, specify DXA-8.

BI-Lok® front ferrule and back ferrules are available in 1Teflon® or Nylon. Add T for Teflon or N for Nylon.
If the fittings are to be used for oxygen service, X must be added. We offer special cleaning and packaging for oxygen service
